Vacancy: International Account Manager Nordics

As an Account Manager for the Nordics, your role is to link clients with healthcare  professionals by identifying and facilitating marketing opportunities for our  pharmaceutical clients. 

Your role is to advise our customers on media and communication solutions that fit into their marketing strategy and annual plans. You will be responsible for a customer  portfolio that consists of mainly large pharmaceutical companies and several medical  specialty areas. You will foster and maintain strong customer relationships. You also  face the challenge of winning new customers. You represent the entire product portfolio of Medicom, focusing on multichannel reporting of international conferences and  customised content projects for our customers. 

In this dynamic position, you will actively conduct sales meetings via teams videoconferencing and have the opportunity to visit your customers in the Nordics  several times per year, either at their offices or during conferences. Affinity with  Scandinavia and its culture is therefore a plus.

Requirements, skills and qualifications 

• You live in the Netherlands or in and around Stockholm, Sweden; • WO/HBO level education, minimum bachelor level; 

• Proven sales track record. Experience with media sales and/or the  pharmaceutical industry is a plus; 

• Knowledge of multichannel media, online marketing, and CRM systems; • Excellent command of the English language and outstanding written and  communication skills. Knowledge of a Scandinavian language is a plus; • Commercial and enterprising attitude; 

• The ideal candidate is meticulous, ambitious and skilled in developing and  maintaining relationships.
