Vacancy: Projectmanager Publishing
Are you passionate about managing publication and communication projects at a scientific
publisher? Are you the creative project manager who likes to work with different stakeholders on
medical content projects? Are you comfortable being the key player who has an eye for detail and
is able to keep a lot of plates spinning?
This position is initially for 6 months, with a possibility to expand into a permanent position.
This position offers you an exciting combination of project management, communication, innovation and
organisation. As Project Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the
publication of peer-reviewed conference reports and ensure high quality and timely publication of our
medical news and articles, both online and in print.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Planning and managing the medical content development process from conception up to publication online and in print, including conference reports, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Liaising with our key opinion leaders/medical experts, advisory boards (guest editors and peer- reviewers), medical writers, pharmaceutical clients, vendors, and our design and commercial teams about your projects.
- Contributing to the optimisation of the publication process and the online marketing of our products and publications.
WHO ARE YOU?
- You have strong project management skills and can prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You can work independently, you are accurate and organised.
- You are collaborative with excellent communication skills.
- You are curious, creative, and solution-oriented.
- You are fluent in English and have a good understanding of Dutch, both verbal and in writing.
- You have a bachelors degree, preferably in project management or marketing/communication.
- Experience with project management, online marketing, and social media is preferred.

and their compounds. These include advertorials about satellite symposia, medical interviews, newsletters,
podcasts, e-learning modules, and webinars.
